This policy takes into account the current Covid-19 pandemic situation; as lockdowns end and interstate and international borders slowly transition towards opening. We are still in uncertain times so, to give you peace of mind, we have endeavoured to make our cancellation policy as transparent and flexible as possible.
Day tours:
Where we have full control over all the tour components:
1-7 days prior to departure – no cancellation fee
Within 24 hours of departure – 100% cancellation fee
Once tour has commenced – No refund
Multi-day adventures:
We are currently reviewing our cancellation policy for multi-day adventures with our adventure partners in preparation for the 2022 season. We estimate this will be finalised by the end of November 2021.
PLEASE NOTE
Great Western Coach Tours reserves the right to cancel tours due to insufficient passenger numbers. For day tours, the minimum number is two passengers and for multi-day, overnight tours the minimum is eight passengers.
